We aim to deliver all orders locally within 2-5 business days, in Europe we aim to deliver within 3-10 business days.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 – 5 working days. All orders are shipped via POSTNL.

If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please send an e-mail to gearbase.store@gmail.com so that we can contact you within one business day and find a suitable solution.

Returns

You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can contact us at gearbase.store@gmail.com.

We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

What can I return?

• You have the right to return any goods you ordered from Gearbase web shop within 14 days of receipt.
• If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.
• Please note that we do not accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been damaged by the customer.

On receipt of your order, we advise you to:

• Open all packaging carefully.
• Save the shipping box.
• Immediately check whether the product meets your expectations.

How do I return a product?

• You have the right to return any goods you ordered from Gearbase within 14 days of receipt.
• Carefully return the items in the box in the original packaging and with tags enclosed.
• Please contact Gearbase for instructions on gearbase.store@gmail.com
• Take the package to your nearest post office to return it to Gearbase.
• Send the package by registered post. If the package is lost we will need proof that the parcel was received by a forwarder.

Refund

If you would like a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount you paid for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than seven working days after we have received your return.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at gearbase.store@gmail.com if you wish to reserve a replacement before returning the goods. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund.
