If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can contact you within one business day and find a suitable solution.
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can contact us at email@example.com.
We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How do I return a product?
If you would like a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount you paid for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than seven working days after we have received your return.
It is possible to exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to reserve a replacement before returning the goods. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund.
